Terms of Service

GROWL is an online marketplace that enables African digital creators to sell digital products (e-books, templates, courses, digital art, software, etc.) and build communities. These Terms of Service govern the use of the GROWL platform, accessible at growlearn.co, including all associated services, features, and content.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

To use certain features of GROWL, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the platform. GROWL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Each person may only maintain one seller account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated at our discretion.

Sellers are solely responsible for the digital products they list on GROWL, including their legality, quality, accuracy, and compliance with intellectual property laws. GROWL does not review, endorse, or guarantee the content of any product listed on the marketplace.

Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products for their own use, unless the product listing explicitly grants broader rights. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased products is prohibited unless authorized by the seller.

GROWL reserves the right to remove any product that violates these terms, applicable laws, or our content policies.

All transactions on GROWL are processed through our secure payment partners. Prices are displayed in FCFA (CFA franc) unless otherwise specified.

GROWL charges a commission on each sale, the rate of which is specified in the seller's dashboard and may be updated with prior notice. Sellers receive their earnings after deduction of the commission and any applicable fees.

Refund policies are managed on a per-product basis by sellers, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. GROWL may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers at its discretion.

Sellers retain full ownership of the digital products they create and list on GROWL. By listing a product, sellers grant GROWL a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the product on the platform.

The GROWL brand, logo, interface design, and proprietary technology are the exclusive property of GROWL and may not be used without prior written authorization.

Users who believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed may submit a notice to our support team for review.

GROWL acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of listed products.

GROWL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GROWL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

GROWL is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. GROWL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Pending transactions and earnings will be processed in accordance with our standard payout schedule. Content you have published may be removed from the platform.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

GROWL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
